Backorders No backorders are offered on this site. You may contact us at service@makeaprettylife.com to inquire about the future availability or restocking of products you are interested in.
Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item delivery. All items must be returned unopened and unused. You will be issued a refund for the merchandise total {and taxes when applicable}. Buyer will pay for return shipping of unwanted items. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of manufacture error and or damages upon receipt {see more below}.
Reporting Damages and Discrepancies PLEASE PHOTOGRAPH DAMAGED BOXES BEFORE OPENING. If the damage occurred during shipping, we will require the photograph of the box at time of arrival to file a claim with the courier who delivered your order.
Any discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of order delivery to correct any issue with missing products, damaged material or for any other reason.
Shipping FLAT RATE SHIPPING IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO US STATES AND TERRITORIES. All INTERNATIONAL orders will be given a shipping quote before shipping product out. If accepted by international buyer, order amount and shipping charge will be manually charged and ship as agreed. We try to offer the most cost effective shipments to all customers by using many courier services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL.
Payment Methods Credit card and PayPal is accepted through the Make a Pretty Life website gateway.
Phone Orders If you choose no to place your order through our website, Make a Pretty Life, under the corporation of Fancy Pants Designs, Inc. is not liable for any discrepancy/miscommunication in regards to orders taken over the phone. Faxed or emailed orders are available upon request and help to ensure that the proper products are ordered.
