Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item delivery. All items must be returned unopened and unused. You will be issued a refund for the merchandise total {and taxes when applicable}. Buyer will pay for return shipping of unwanted items. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of manufacture error and or damages upon receipt {see more below}.
Reporting Damages and Discrepancies PLEASE PHOTOGRAPH DAMAGED BOXES BEFORE OPENING. If the damage occurred during shipping, we will require the photograph of the box at time of arrival to file a claim with the courier who delivered your order.
Any discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of order delivery to correct any issue with missing products, damaged material or for any other reason.
