The Elf Felt Ball Banner

The Elf banner includes traditional color with a touch of “bright” with cream, red and bright green colored felt balls. It includes 21 felt balls and 4 ft of string (needle not included).  When balls are strung side by side the banner is 19″ and 3 feet + when strung when spread out!  A simple design for your basic holiday decor and big on color pop!
