🎀We had the BEST time laughing our way through the attempts of cookie decorating with @saltyshorebakery ! She made it look so easy, but trying it on our own cookies was a bit more challenging 🤣!
.
Afterward someone called us the “fun” table and I thought, well, at least we have that going for us! 😅😆😂! We laughed so hard we couldn’t keep our frosting lines straight!
.
I really did learn a lot from the class {💯recommend} and it helped me make my own cookies a *little* more appealing this year, but let’s just say we aren’t quite ready to open our family bakery yet {well @marlisanford could~she’s got hands of gold 🙌🏻}!

Photo 1: Spruce up a plain gift sack with an ornament, ribbons and trims! Not only does it personalize it, but it’s an extra gift to be added to the tree! {I made my tree from good old washi tape!}

Photo 2: Add a bookmark to one of those wrapped novels for your bookworm recipient! Not only will they love the book, but the bookmark on top is an added {and useful} bonus!

Photo 3: Make a plain box a masterpiece with basic supplies! Punch out {or cut} patterned paper into simple shapes & run them through a sewing machine to create a garland to wrap around your gift! When it’s opened you have a cute garland to hang! Add a tag for added detail!

Photos 4-6: Add custom gift tags by creating your own! Use shipping tags & scrapbook supplies to create the cutest pieces in minutes! Don’t forget to add trims, baubles and little details for some texture!
