MAKE A PRETTY LIFE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

PLEASE REVIEW THESE POLICES AND PROCEDURES BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDER

Backorders No backorders are offered on this site.  You may contact us at jodi@makeaprettylife.com to inquire about the future availability or restocking of products you are interested in.

Returns & Refunds: Please note that due to the nature of digital and online courses/coaching interaction being immediately accessible and content released to customer at that time, ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND VIDEO COURSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL PERSONAL STYLING /COACHING SESSIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Any cancellation of coaching sessions must be completed 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours will incur a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE fee. NO REFUNDS once a session has started.

Returns for physical products are accepted within 21 days of receipt of the item delivery. All items must be returned in their original form and unused.  You will be issued a refund for the merchandise total {and taxes when applicable}.  We do not currently offer an added insurance option for our product shipments so buyer will pay for return shipping of unwanted items. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer error and or damages upon receipt {see more below}.

Reporting Damages and Discrepancies PLEASE PHOTOGRAPH DAMAGED BOXES BEFORE OPENING. If the damage occurred during shipping, we will require the photograph of the box at time of arrival to file a claim with the courier who delivered your order.

Any discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of order delivery to correct any issue with missing products, damaged material or for any other reason. 

Shipping FLAT RATE SHIPPING IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO US STATES AND TERRITORIES. All INTERNATIONAL orders will be given a shipping quote before shipping product out.  If accepted by international buyer, order amount and shipping charge will be manually charged and ship as agreed. We try to offer the most cost effective shipments to all customers by using many courier services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL.

Payment Methods Credit card and PayPal are accepted through the Make a Pretty Life website gateway.

Phone Orders If you choose not to place your order through our website, text or email orders are also accepted. Whether you order online or via digital format, please ensure that your order details are correct, including delivery address, when placing your order. We are not responsible for returned shipments due to address error or order quantities that are mistyped. Make a Pretty Life, Inc. is not liable for any discrepancy/miscommunication in regards to orders taken over the phone.

Wholesale Ordering Most Make a Pretty Life, Inc. products are also available for wholesale pricing. Proper business license and business details will be required in order to open a wholesale account.
